Organisation-level authorship
Guides and policy pages are published by SaveKindly. The site does not invent individual experts, qualifications, or biographies. A named specialist will only appear if that person has genuinely written or reviewed the work and has agreed to be identified.
Product-claim verification
Statements about extension permissions are checked against the current manifest. Checkout behaviour is checked against the current product flow. Financial wording is checked against the published 80/20 method and status definitions. Availability claims require release or catalogue evidence.
Source selection
Guides prefer primary sources such as official platform policies, regulatory material, and product documentation. A source supports the claim beside it; it is not borrowed authority for unrelated product promises. Links are reviewed when an article changes materially.
Published and reviewed dates
Each guide shows when it was first published and, when applicable, when it received a material review. Cosmetic edits do not receive a new date. Sitemap dates use the same verified content history rather than a shared build timestamp.
Commercial disclosure
SaveKindly is a for-profit company that may receive affiliate commission. Guides do not hide that relationship. Product calls to action remain secondary to the educational content, and the site states when the Chrome Web Store release is not live.
Corrections
Every guide links to a pre-addressed correction email. Verified corrections are made visibly in the current article and can also be recorded on the Updates page when the change materially affects product understanding. Historical financial records are corrected with compensating entries rather than silent rewriting.
