The demo has no public intake channel yet. Before launch, every report will receive an immutable request ID and a named operational owner.
Incorrect store or charity data
Unpublish or label the disputed record while official evidence is checked. Never silently rewrite a historical catalog snapshot.
Financial dispute
Open a reconciliation case. Ledger corrections use compensating entries; completed payouts are never silently edited.
Privacy request
Verify the account holder, export or anonymise data, and record what financial/audit data must be retained.
Attribution complaint
Disable the storefront if existing publisher attribution may be replaced and preserve diagnostic evidence.
